Thank you for the mini-session today. I have been exploring what came up for me, and I’m so grateful for your part in my healing process.

I want to tell you that your presence as a practitioner is precisely that which is most helpful: you are present to what is happening, your deep insight is validating, and your essence is safely contained within the healing bubble (your presence is not invasive or dominating at all, rather open and supportive). So thank you again for helping me today, for being of service to the greater good, and for mirroring how to be a safe and effective practitioner.

Warmly,  Dee

What is biodynamic craniosacral therapy?

What is biodynamic craniosacral therapy?

BCST is a gentle non-invasive, non-manipulative hand- on treatment which allows healing through relational touch with a qualified practitioner.  The intention of treatment is to enhance the body's own self-healing and self-regulating capabilities, working with the central nervous system. BCST is a gentle and subtle whole body approach to the human experience, and works with the spine, the Core of Our Being.

BCST takes a whole-person approach to healing and the inter-connections of mind, body and spirit are deeply acknowledged. It is an effective form of treatment for a wide range of illnesses helping to create the optimal conditions for health, encouraging vitality and facilitating a sense of well-being.

How Does biodynamic craniosacral therapy

(BCST) Works?

The emphasis in BCST is to help resolve the trapped forces that underlie and govern patterns of disease and fragmentation in both body and mind. This involves the practitioner "listening through their hands" to the body's subtle rhythms for any patterns of inertia or congestion. Through the development of subtle palpatory skills the practitioner can read the story of the body, identify places where issues are held and then follow the natural priorities for healing as directed by the patient¹s own physiology.

I started seeing Tracey for Craniosacral Therapy after I was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder and had already been suffering from some physical challenges prior to that. Our first few sessions gave me the first sense of relief, both physically and emotionally, that I had experienced in months. She also introduced me to the philosophy of Somatic Healing, which has now become an integral piece in my recovery. In all the therapies and modalities that I have experienced, I have found that whatever the approach, there will be greater healing when the practitioner is as passionate and caring as Tracey!
