Yoga by the Sea Starts June 12 until September 1st, these classes are on the grass at Parksville Community Park, behind the volleyball area. Bring a beach towel or mat, hat, water and sunscreen. Visit the Calendar for details.
There is 1 indoor class available all summer, July and August
Wednesdays: 8:30 to 9:45am, at The Gardens in Qualicum. Everyone is Welcome.

Everyone Yoga/All Level Hatha
Join Tracey in any of the yoga classes, which are totally suitable for all beginners. Yet each class is multi-level, if you wish to challenge yourself! Some days you may wish to just be kind to yourself (No one is watching or judging!!). Every class you will be practicing good breathing habits, helping you to de-stress. Practicing mindfulness, meditation while you strengthen and stretch your body. The classes will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed, energized and ready for your day. Each class will be designed to accommodate everyone's needs that are in the class. So when you register, I will do a personal intake to be sure I will target your immediate needs. These classes ares an excellent complement to your weekly practice and great for all beginners.
Somatics For Pain Free Living - Fridays 10am - The Gardens
Somatic (One’s mind relating to their body) therapeutic training. This therapy can unlock your mystery to pain, usually due to muscular imbalance and our unaware behaviours that may inhibit this pattern. By doing the gentle yoga movements we can retrain our brain from not being in pain. Myself and my students have had amazing results doing this routine in helping ourselves to reprogram our brain from being in pain. If this is you, p.lease call or email to sign up for this 7 week series, starting Sept. 17. $85. I will prorate the class for you if you can not attend all 7 classes. This class will repeat again in Nov/Dec.
My insurance states that I can teach anyone between the ages of 1 and 69 years. If you are 70 years-old or older, you must be physically active 3 or more days a week in order to take one of these classes.
